OUR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION
Endeavor Microschool is a non-profit organization founded by three families and born from the desire to break free from the traditional structures of schooling by creating a truly innovative setting for learning.

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide facilitative relationships, personalized structure, well-defined competencies, and authentic experiences that equip and empower unique learners to discover their potential; develop agency, character, and talent; find purpose, success, and joy in learning; and join a community of perpetual “climbers” who hunger to learn, choose to grow, and strive to serve.
HUNGER TO LEARN
CHOOSE TO GROW
STRIVE TO SERVE

OUR PURPOSE
We set out to design a school that is highly individualized, challenging, and dynamic; where kids learn how to learn, develop their talents, taste success (and happily learn from failure), produce truly remarkable work, and come to see learning as a source of exhilaration, confidence, fulfillment, and joy.
It is of particular importance to our team to provide a setting where leaders and adults live and lead according to the principles they teach and make decisions based solely on what is best for students.
We have also sought balance—providing unique opportunities for learners to discover and develop their interests, participate in project-based learning and other exciting forms of non-traditional authentic learning, and learn to use their talents to serve their communities—while maintaining confidence that our children will receive a strong education in the essential knowledge, skills, and character traits they need for any and all future endeavors.
